Playas Macao is committed to reducing its impact on the global and local environment. Doing our part, we are committed to amenities that minimize the use of water in private baths, the re-use of water and capturing of rain-water for irrigation, solid waste recycling, supplement electricity use through power augmentation systems such as solar and wind sources, and use-efficient and low emission lighting options.
Additionally, we have worked closely with our architect to create living spaces which promote natural cooling to reduce the use of central air. During our construction process, we will strive to maintain and revitalize the natural mangroves which make up a large part of the surrounding natural beauty.
